Supervision of the Contract
The Study, Enderun Colleges is designating an Education Executive, as principal contact for this proposal. In return, she will work closely with an HR Manager or his officially designated alternate(s).
The client and Enderun Colleges shall agree on the program content and coverage. The client will submit the list of students per batch based on the Pre-English placement test and Enderun Colleges will see to it that the approach is aligned with their level. The students assigned per batch are fixed. Should a trainee withdraw his / her enrollment, we may allow a replacement only once at any time during the duration of the training program but would incur additional fees.
The number of hours allocated per session and the number of sessions needed to cover for the entire course must be finalized before a new batch starts with the training proper.
If groups of students are sent, the program should be carefully planned to avoid change of classes or change of programs. Approval from the Academic Head and Director of Enderun Extension should be sought before changes are made.
Should an individual student decide to take 1 on 1 classes on top of his/her current program, additional fees will have to apply depending on the new class setup. The tuition fee must be settled within 1 month from start date.
Should the client explore the possibility of an onsite training, a two-way transportation fee must be shouldered by the client. The fee will be dependent on the agreed time schedule and fare rates via the grab application. An estimated fee will be provided by Enderun Colleges.
Late comings and absences are highly discouraged. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given before a participant is considered late for class. Two late comings are equivalent to 1 absence. Each participant is allowed to have a maximum of three absences per course. Make up classes will not be provided for the missed session/s. Only those with three absences or less will be awarded a certificate of completion at the end of the program. Any cancellation initiated by either of the two parties shall be directly communicated to and approved by the concerned party at least 3 days prior to the requested date.
The HR Manager should inform all clients that an additional fee will be charged for any changes in the program (2,500PHP or 46 USD per program / per student).
Further requests or changes not mentioned above but would need additional manpower or resources will be subject to charges.
