Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the students are expected to:
- Recognize the role of technology and use it in facilitating the learning process;
- Create and execute lesson plans that target student’s areas of interest and improvement;
- Reflect on teaching practices, tools, and methods and self-evaluate for professional growth and development;
- Apply the appropriate English teaching methodology based on learner’s corresponding needs and level of proficiency;
- Design, construct, or find apt teaching aids, materials, and resources and properly evaluate them for classroom use;
- Effectively engage, inspire, and motivate learners for them to develop their English proficiency and take centerstage in the learning process;
- Gain a fundamental understanding of how people learn foreign languages and how the learning process can be facilitated with the help of effective instruction.
Instructors
Dr. Paul Robertson
Dr. Paul Robertson is the founder of world leading and internationally acclaimed academic journals on Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and ESP (English for Specific Purposes) which now come under the label, English Language Education Journals (Australia) – the leading journals are the Asian EFL Journal, Linguistics Journal and Asian ESP Journal which are all Scopus-indexed. There are now over 750 professors on his editorial board. He has published widely in the field of SLA, law and ESP. He founded a TESOL Teacher Training school in South Korea, which now runs courses across Asia and comes under the trading name of TESOL Asia. TESOL Asia is now under the SITE Group International as a division of Site Australia.
Cristina De Leon
Cristina De Leon is a Humanities graduate of University of Asia and the Pacific and currently leads numerous ESL and Business English classes at Enderun Colleges. Cristina is a Certified TESOL Trainer who is highly driven by meaningful interactions with students from different levels and backgrounds to maker her classes creative and vibrant.
Marlon Pura
Marlon Pura is a Sociology graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman. He was a US State Department scholar at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York and Ralph C. Mahar Regional School in Orange, Massachusetts under the Global UGRAD and YES programs, respectively. He started his ESL teaching career at Enderun Colleges wherein he handled Academic English, Social Club, and English for Specific Purposes classes. Prior to joining Enderun, he was a college instructor and taught social science classes. Currently, he is a certified TESOL trainer and the Academic Supervisor at The Study Fort/Venice, providing academic leadership to the team and aiding in the department’s professional and strategic development.

Is the certification accredited abroad?
The certification is acknowledged globally.
How long will it take?/ What's the program duration?
The industry standard is 120 hours. A total of 88 hours for online modules and 32 hours for face to face classes.
What are the enrollment requirements?
You must submit an accomplished Application Form, 2 Valid Government issued IDs, and payment of the reservation fee
Is there an option for installment?
Yes, you may secure your slot by paying the reservation fee. The remaining tuition fee can be paid on or before the program finishes.
Where can I teach English abroad?
